Dear Valued Patient,

We want to inform you about some important changes happening at Crozer Health. Our parent company, Prospect Medical Holdings, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and as a result, we are undergoing a period of restructuring. We’re working with state officials and the Foundation for Delaware County to ensure critical services remain available while operations continue.

What This Means For You

  • Ongoing Care: All hospitals and outpatient clinics will remain open, and you can continue to access your care as usual.
  • Patient Safety: We are prioritizing the uninterrupted provision of essential and emergency services.
  • Billing & Insurance: Standard billing procedures remain in place. Insurance coverage will be honored as always.
  • Location Updates: Should any location need to temporarily modify operations, we’ll notify you in advance.

Support from the Community

We're grateful for the strong support from the Foundation for Delaware County and other local partners, stepping in to provide the immediate funding needed to prevent service disruptions. We continue advocating for long-term solutions to maintain accessible, high-quality care for all.
